Business celebrates accolade of national law firm of year

A KNUTSFORD business has been named National Law Firm of the Year at a prestigious ceremony in London.
The legal team at Weightmans in King Street scooped the accolade at the Legal Business Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel after ‘a year of incredible growth and progress’.
Judges recognised Weightmans’ four years of revenue growth and two mergers with insurance specialists Vizards Wyeth and Mace & Jones adding 200 staff and an estimated £20million in revenue.
Managing partner Patrick Gaul said: “We are thrilled to be named as National Law Firm of the Year – it is a great acknowledgment of the hard work and dedication shown by every member of staff over the past year and a real testament to the growing strength of the firm.”
